I've been working at ItaQ since November 2010. Still, one thing remains true: no day is the same at ItaQ. And I still enjoy it! I started at ItaQ right after completing my bachelor's degree. I began as a back-office employee in a small team, and as the team grew larger, I have since progressed to become a director myself. Why do I enjoy working at ItaQ so much? Because by being yourself, demonstrating good effort, and delivering good performance, you are given a lot of responsibility. This means there's always a challenge in your work, making it enjoyable to work at ItaQ. Additionally, I work with very pleasant colleagues. In the back office, we all ensure that we know what needs to be done and support and cover for each other when necessary. In short: we know what to expect in terms of work, but also in terms of enjoyment through fun outings, dinners, having lunch together, and socializing over drinks, etc.
