Ensuring that all Treasuries and Electronic Content Management (ECM) related systems in the client business are maintained and developed and available to allow efficient running of the group Treasury and that the ECM services is available for all appropriate businesses.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Supply users with expert advice and to analyze technical problems related to the use of our advanced Treasury & ECM software
• Support SunGard applications and develop/customise reports (which are used for: Exposure reporting, Liquidity reporting, Sensitivity and performance analysis reports, Benchmarking reports, Compliance reports (with internal limits and external))
• Develop, code, and customize system interface programs from and to the treasury system
• Manage relationships with suppliers of the Treasury system and Electronic Banking products
• Manage relationships with suppliers of the ECM system
• Provides application administration & configuration for each module being serviced in the Treasury and ECM application suite in all environments (development, test and production)
• Support of the accounting interface to the accounting systems (general ledger, Account Payables, Account Receivables, etc.)
• Support ECM applications and make customisations for eReview (BPO Managed Services, eDocs, BPM Lifelink (Opentext) and Kofax
• Managing any changes to the database where appropriate to allow compliance with the above requirements (backup, restore and recover application database schema)
• Apply basic application management disciplines relevant to information technology projects, including the systems project life cycle, quality control, reporting, and application documentation
• Perform routine daily, weekly and monthly maintenance / support tasks within both environments
• Facilitate and document, and communicate Disaster Recovery process in preparation of disaster

Job demands:
• BS or BA degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in ERP systems implementation
• Hands on experience operation of Treasury and ECM systems
Requirements
• Must be able to analyze, debug, and resolve general application and/or system related problems
• Experience in installation, upgrade, maintenance, configuration of the SunGard software
• Must have experience Crystal Reports Design report development and structured testing
• Must have experience BPM workflow Design and structured testing
• Must have experience in data validation and quality analysis
• Strong background in coding based on the business requirements, technical specifications and standards
• Excellent knowledge of relational databases and its objects specifically on oracle databases
• Strong SQL query writing skills to support critical business needs
• Strong Knowledge and experience with relational databases
• Strong understanding of Client/Server architecture and relational data models
• Experience in System Administration, User/Group Access control, Password Controls, and Application security
• Knowledge of the functionality and technicality of ERP and ECM systems
• Knowledge of the integration issues among ERP, ECM modules and systems
• Good knowledge of security issues controls and audit requirements
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills enabling the jobholder to communicate effectively at all levels with Treasury, Group functions and other business unit functions
• Concise, comprehensive written and oral skills in English
• Demonstrated analytical and numerical skills
• Fast learner with attention to detail, is proactive with initiative meets deliverables on time and thrives on change
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Extensive experience in dealing with highly technical issues and demonstrated ability to draft effective solutions to business problems / opportunities
• Broad knowledge of a wide array of IT activities and processes
